We do hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with a certain product, we are more than happy to exchange it.
Returns
- Return requests should be made within 2 days of the receipt of your order
- To return your product, email us at apanakah@gmail.com And we’ll share the return address with you.
- Ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method.
- The cost of return / exchange if any have to be borne by the customer.
- Items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
- Return package will be accepted within 15 days of the registered request.
- We hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
- We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
- Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide a guarantee of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges will entirely depend on availability of the sizes/products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.
- To exchange the product, simply email us mentioning the new size/ product you’d like and follow the return process above.
- We’ll process the exchange when the returned goods reaches us – don’t worry; you won’t need to pay postage again.
- Customised orders cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.
Refunds
- All the refunds are given in the form of credit vouchers.
- It will be valid for a period one year from the date of issue and will be exclusive of the shipping charges (if any).
- We do not offer refunds back to the source on any orders.
All the products have been handmade in the finest natural/organic fabric with many of the processes done manually. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
